Scopes Trial Festival concludes with successful matineé and dinner with the cast
The final day of the Scopes Trial Play & Festival was a success.
About 70 people showed up for Dinner with the Cast held at Dayton City School following the final performance. The Roaring Twenties-era menu created by Oren's Orchard Café featured chicken a la king, glazed ham, squash casserole, twice-baked potatoes, pineapple upside down cake, and peanut butter pie.
Following the dinner, Chattanooga's Scenic City Sound played big band hits from the '20s.
