Looking for a rewarding part-time job? Do you have a gift for detail and events planning, along with a love of Rhea County, its community and history?

Rhea Heritage Preservation Foundation is seeking an administrative assistant to advance the foundation’s efforts to promote Rhea County history and culture.

The individual selected will have basic computer skills, including competency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to learn the foundation’s ticket management software.

This person must be a self-starter, able to take and complete an assigned task in a timely manner with minimal supervision. He/she should be knowledgeable about the Rhea County community and be able to recommend programs and/or individuals to advance the foundation’s goals.

Visit www.rheaheritage.com for an overview of the foundation’s activities. Hours are flexible throughout the year, except in June and July when the foundation presents the Nokian Tyres Summer Nights concerts and the Scopes Trial Play & Festivities.
