Ever wondered why we suffer? It's common to trace the roots of human suffering to sin, especially when we see how we hurt one another. But what about natural disasters like earthquakes, storms, or diseases? Why do we live in a world where such traumas occur so frequently? Traditionally, Christians have turned to Genesis 3 to explain the Fall as the origin of our suffering. Now, with our modern understanding of disaster science, is that still a viewpoint we can embrace?
